Key Message to Sponsors

The Karnataka Press Club Council is a charitable trust and a non-profit organization dedicated to social service. Our events are not just cultural celebrations but also initiatives to give back to society. Donations and sponsorships for the "Second Vishwa Kannada Habba" are eligible for tax exemptions under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, ensuring that your contributions go further in supporting our mission. We are committed to serving the community through various social service initiatives and enriching the lives of those we reach.

The event anticipates a minimum of 900-1000 attendees from Singapore and 300 from Karnataka. "VISHWA KANNADA HABBA -2" will be globally broadcasted, reaching Kannadigas worldwide.

Prepare for an extraordinary showcase of cultural programs featuring renowned celebrities, artists, and musical performances representing Karnataka's rich heritage. This international sensation will captivate audiences in 2024 coinciding with Karnataka's grand KANNADA RAJYOTSAVA celebrations.

Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Details :

All Payments must be made to karnataka press club Council, holding a/c no. 011922010000047 at Union Bank of India.

2. Sponsorship Confirmation :

A 30% advance payment must be made to confirm the sponsorship. Once the advance payment is made your sponsorship slot is assigned and all related promotional activity begins.

3. 80G & 12A Tax exemption:

The remaining payment of 70% must be made on or before 1st November, 2024. Once final payment is received by the Karnataka Press Club Council the sponsor will be eligible for an 80G Certification

4. Publicity Materials:

All publicity material (banners, standees, brochures, etc.) must be provided by the sponsor. The sponsor is responsible for the timely delivery and quality of these materials. Any additional costs incurred due to delays or issues with the publicity materials will be the sponsors responsibility.

5. Material Submission:

All publicity materials must be submitted for approval to the KPCC at least 20 days before the event to ensure compliance with event standards and branding guidelines. No changes shall be made to the publicity material once it is approved.

6. Responsibility:

The sponsor must take full responsibility for their publicity materials, including transportation, setup, and maintenance during the event. The event organizers will provide space and necessary support but will not be liable for any damages or losses.

7. Force Majeure:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events that lead to the cancellation of the event, the organizers will reschedule the event. Sponsorship payments will be carried over to the rescheduled date.

8. Cancellation Policy:

Advance payment 30% is made upon confirmation of sponsorship. Once this payment is made it is non-refundable. Refunds may only be made under extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the KPCC.

9. Promotion and Visibility:

The event organizers will ensure maximum visibility for the sponsors brand as per the agreed sponsorship package. This includes logo placement, announcements, and other promotional activities outlined in the sponsorship agreement.

10. Legal Compliance:

The sponsor agrees to comply with all relevant local, state, and national laws and regulations. The Karnataka Press Club Council reserves the right to reject any promotional material that does not adhere to these laws or event standards.

By confirming sponsorship, the sponsor agrees to these terms and conditions, ensuring a smooth and mutually beneficial partnership for the success of the "Vishwa Kannada Habba-2".
